Very Hungry Caterpillar Activities

These “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” Activities are perfect for extending the storytime experience. As a former Kindergarten teacher and daycare worker, I can tell you that this book was much loved by every child I ever read it with. We had so much fun predicting what would happen next and talking about such topics as moderation and balance in the foods we eat.

As a mom and Meemaw, this has always been a surefire bedtime story hit as well. My daughter and grandsons have always had a fondness for Eric Carle’s books and they’ve always been drawn to his colorful illustrations.
